MOA 2020 Virtual Fall Conference Exhibitor FAQ’s

When is the conference?
October 1 – 4, 2020

Will the CE be virtual?
Yes

How are exhibitors/vendors involved, now that it’s virtual?

The MOA is creating a virtual Expo, and asking each company to send in a 1-3 minute video talking about their products. There will be a dedicated webpage with the videos, company logos, and links to company websites, throughout the months of October and November.

May a company provide a special coupon/discount for the MOA Virtual Fall Conference?

Yes, we encourage companies to provide an event-specific special, coupon, or code, so you can track participation and involvement from our conference. If provided, the information will be posted to the virtual expo page.

Will an attendee list be distributed?

Yes, a contact list (mailing and email *if* registrants give permission to share their email) will be distributed to registered companies.

Will any companies be able to talk to the participants?

Yes, there are sponsored speaking slots available after each CE course ends. The sponsored slots also give your company a spot on the virtual expo page. These live presentations will also be recorded and posted on the expo page.

How many speaking slots are available?

6 spots are available. One on Thursday, two on Friday, two on Saturday, and one on Sunday.

What other options are available?

MOA is offering literature drops to all registrants. You can choose two options: one mailing or two mailings. Option one will mail 2 days before the conference. Option two mails twice: one week beforehand and 2 days beforehand. You will need to provide us with the literature to mail.

Is there any additional publicity for exhibitors/vendors?

Yes. Companies will have their logo on a special notice in the eNews each week throughout October. Sponsors will be recognized during the virtual conference and have their logo included in the eNews notice.

The registration deadline is September 28.
