**COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION:
While participating in events held or sponsored by the Mississippi Optometric Association (MOA) social distancing must be practiced and face coverings worn at all times to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, MOA has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, MOA cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, exhibitors, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

A signed liability waiver and release of claims will be required from each individual at the time of registration. Each registrant must sign their own waiver. MOA will not accept a waiver signed on behalf of another individual.
